INTERVIEW
Once your application has passed the pre-selection process and the detailed analysis of your submission, we will invite you for an interview. The interview will focus on your professional experience, interests, plans. During the interview, we will introduce you to the position for which we are looking. The interview will be attended by the manager of the department concerned. After the interview, a decision will be made on your acceptance.

Purpose and grounds for processing
Your personal data, to the extent indicated in the employment legislation, will be processed for the purpose of the current recruitment procedure (Article 6(1)(c) RODO), while other data, including contact details, will be processed on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO), which can be revoked at any time.
The ADO will also process your personal data in subsequent staff recruitments if you give your consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO), which can be revoked
at any time. The revocation of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of this consent before revocation.
The provision of voluntary data does not affect the possibility of participating in the recruitment process.
If your documents contain data referred to in Article 9(1) of the RODO, your consent to their processing will be necessary (Article 9(2)(a) of the RODO), which can be revoked at any time.
Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) RODO in conjunction with Article 221 §1 and §2 of the Labour Code.
Recipients of personal data
The personal data you provide will be processed for the purpose of current and future recruitment for the position you are applying for, or until you withdraw your consent, by authorised employees and associates of the Administrator and entities entitled to obtain personal data on the basis of the law and third parties such as IT and human resources service providers authorised by ADO on the basis of a separate agreement and acting in accordance with its instructions.
Data retention period
Your data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored until the end of the recruitment process, but no longer than 12 months from the date of their transfer.
In the case of your consent to use your personal data for future recruitment, your data will be processed for 24 months from the date of the end of the recruitment process.
Rights of data subjects
On the basis of and subject to the limitations arising from Articles 15-22 of the RODO, you have :
- The right to access your data and to receive a copy of your data;
- The right to rectify (amend) your personal data;
- The right to restrict the processing of your personal data;
- The right to erasure of your personal data;
- The right to lodge a complaint with the President of the DPA (to the address of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00 - 193 Warsaw).
Profiling
Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including not being subject to profiling.
Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area
Personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organisation outside the European Economic Area.
Information about the requirement to provide data
Your provision of personal data in the scope of Article 221. of the Labour Code is necessary in order to participate in the recruitment procedure. Your provision of other data is voluntary.
