ESPREMIUM colouring concrete fence sealer
The concrete sealer protects the surfaces of precast concrete elements against the destructive effects of water. It has very good covering properties, high water vapour permeability and is resistant to adverse weather conditions. It creates a matt colouring membrane that is resistant to abrasion and washing.
Product description
Membrane colouring concrete sealer is a silicate, water-soluble concrete sealer combining protective and decorative functions. Recommended for colouring impregnation and renovation of concrete fences and other concrete prefabricated elements. It combines the properties of a colouring and a water-repellent concrete sealer. It produces a strong water beading effect on the surface. It has the ability to penetrate deep into the substrate and protect it against the harmful effects of water and frost, thus increasing the lifespan of the concrete substrate. It revives the colour of mass-coloured concrete surfaces and hides colour defects, stains, discolouration, unevenness and staining. It permanently colours concrete surfaces.

Effects

Method of application
It is recommended that impregnation be carried out no earlier than one month after completion of construction.
1. Clean the surface to be impregnated of dirt and efflorescence.
2. Protect surfaces not intended for impregnation, in particular metal elements such as letterboxes, spans, etc.
3. Mix the impregnating agent thoroughly, e.g. by shaking.
4. Apply the product evenly to the surface with a brush, roller or spray. We recommend applying two coats. The next coat should be applied after the previous coat has dried – drying time is approximately 60 minutes at 20°C.
IMPORTANT! - Apply the concrete sealer only at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C and in favourable weather conditions - take weather conditions into account before application (possible rainfall, frost, excessively high temperatures).
