LED BLOCK lamps are a new solution designed for people who value modernity and practicality. The wide range of models and sizes allows the lamps to be adapted to almost any type of fence. An additional illuminated address field allows for personalisation of the property.

The LED BLOCK series is a modern and elegant solution for those who value aesthetics and functionality. The lamps are available in four sizes to match JONIEC® modular blocks, perfectly complementing the posts.

28 x 75,6 x 20 cm The arrangement of letters and numbers on the address plate will depend on the number of characters. The LED BLOCK family includes Light and Multi lamps, which differ in terms of the lighting they offer.
The Light version uses white light with a temperature of 6500K (cold) to illuminate the fence and the space around it.
The second available variant is Multi, which, in addition to white, also includes orange light elements that serve as a warning when the gate motor is in operation.
All lamps from the LED BLOCK family can be powered by 12/24V DC or 230V AC.
The wide range of colours in the series includes colours such as: INOX (brushed stainless steel), RAL 7016 (anthracite), RAL 7021 (graphite), RAL 8019 (dark brown) and RAL 9005 (black), allows you to find the perfect match for any fencing system.

Method of installation
It is best to plan the installation of the lamp during the construction of the fence. It will be necessary to prepare round or oval cables with a diameter suitable for PG7 glands (from 3.5 to 6 mm) for 12/24V DC or 230V AC power supply.Each BLOCK LED lamp has an integrated controller located on the left side of the lamp (on the logo side), which must be placed in the left chamber of the fence block. This chamber can only be filled with concrete up to 40%!
A hole must be made in the front wall of the block to accommodate the address field located under the lamp. Each lamp comes with a cover to hide the cut line.
The prepared wiring should be fed into the lamp controller through the glands and connected to the appropriate clamp depending on the voltage supplied (the lamp has two clamps for each light colour, one for 12/24V DC and the other for 230V AC). Both colours of light, i.e. white and orange, are powered independently of each other – white from the mains or power supply in the case of 12/24V, and orange directly from the gate motor, so before installation, check the voltage supplied by the gate motor.
After connecting and setting the desired lighting parameters, e.g. light intensity, flashing frequency, etc., stick the lamp to the block by evenly applying JONIEC® adhesive sealant to the entire upper edge of the block.
When installing two multi-lamps to one gate motor, they may operate asynchronously. In this case, adjust the flashing frequency of one of the lamps using the potentiometer located in the lamp controller.
When installing the lamp under the cap, after completing the above steps, apply JONIEC® adhesive sealant to the upper case of the lamp and press the cap lightly.
